Hi, my name is Natasha. In 1998 I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease, and later with Pernicious Anaemia and Addison’s disease.
I’ve spent literally thousands of hours researching and hunting for the answers to find harmony for my body and mind. I tried countless ways to heal myself without success; I was at the end of my tether. It’s been a long journey that has been anything but easy. There were some very dark days for a long time but, with the help of the AIP diet & lifestyle and supportive people around me, I’ve put my autoimmune diseases in remission and am now in a happy place. I am continuing to improve more and more every day!
I have learnt how to heal my body with food and lifestyle changes, embrace my challenges, and listen closely to what my body is telling me so I can enjoy my family and lifestyle.
