BEEF STEW
If time constraint is an issue, or like me you often struggle with having little energy, it is time to get the slow cooker out of the cupboard! It has saved me so many times! Throw everything in the pot, set on low and when you come back from work it is done. This is also another perfect meal for batch cooking. Amazing smells will greet you as you walk through the door!!
